Sedan Trawler Sliding Door Dilemma

Update: We found out that one of the previous owners removed the roller assemblies and replaced them with the Slide-Ezzz kit. We've ordered the kit and that should take care of our dilemma.

We're trying to sort out the problems with the sliding doors on our new to us Kha Shing Sedan 40 which are very heavy and hard to open. It appears that the rollers are either damaged or missing altogether and the carriers are not functioning properly and some are damaged and missing. The door is metal and may be wood cored. There aren't any manuals for these boats. Here are the photos if anyone has any ideas.

This drawing shows how I think the roller is set into the door.

Port Rebuild / Headliner Replacement

As all boat projects are wont to do, one project morphs into many. I began to rebed the one leaking port which led to finding that the teak around the port was rotten which led to finding out that the fairlead for the halyard to run to the cockpit was leaking  which led to finding that the headliner really needed replacing. Ahhh boat life...

So since so many people have asked about the project, here are the links to all the posts.
